The DBS MA Aerator is a low-speed, high efficiency aerator. This durable aerator combines the efficiency and power savings of low-speed aerators with the affordability of high-speed aerators. Power savings can be significant, in the range of 20% or more.

The MA aerator uses a helical gearbox to drive the aerator rotor. This mass-produced gearbox offers an excellent power-to-cost ratio and is sized to operate continuously harsh conditions.

A high-efficiency, backwards-curved radial blade rotor increases oxygen transfer efficiency, and the height adjustment stand changes rotor submergence. The DBS MA Bridge-Mounted Aerator also has a VFD ready motor to fine tune rotor speed to match oxygen demand.

Bridge-Mounted Aerators are commonly used in the pulp and paper industry.
